A native New Yorker with roots split between Glen Cove, NY, and Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Tommy's career journey began in 1997 when he launched Doctor Tile from the trunk of a Grand Prix. A self-made expert in tile and grout restoration, and a left-handed creative dynamo with a passion for helping people and showcasing his artistic flair.
Tommy's heart belongs to his biological as well as his Doctor Tile family. He's not just a boss, but a source of fun and inspiration! His innovative mind constantly wows and motivates us. He's a die-hard Miami Dolphins and Florida Panthers fan, as well as all things sports, especially live events. Camping at Daytona Speedway's infield for the Daytona 500 has turned into a cherished family/company tradition. He adores family, friends, and meeting new folks everywhere, he is truly one of a kind!

Born in southern Michigan, raised mostly in Port St Lucie, FL and lived in Traverse City, MI for 8 years of her adult life. Formerly a dedicated Registered Nurse, she traded her scrubs for a new outfit in 2019, joining the family business at Doctor Tile and igniting its brilliant rise.
Natalie's laser-like focus on unparalleled customer satisfaction and employee well-being has been the secret sauce behind the company's exponential growth. A globetrotter at heart, but equally savors the simple joys of everyday life; especially with her cherished family (Doctor Tile family included).

A proud Florida native with a hometown spirit who briefly lived in Traverse City, MI during her childhood. In 2022, she became an integral part of the Doctor Tile family, boasting significant management expertise from her impressive 5-year tenure as a hardware store manager. Tasha is our operational linchpin, ensuring seamless harmony in our daily operations, we are so blessed to have her on our team!
At Doctor Tile, Tasha excels in Customer Service and Organization. Beyond her professional role, she's a dedicated college student and a loving mother to an energetic little one. Her divine organizational and multitasking talents are a godsend! Tasha is passionate about nature, yoga, and mental health, and she relishes moments of learning new things, quality family time, and, of course, savoring coffee!

She's a "bubbly people person" who previously delighted folks as an arcade attendant, leaving everyone smitten. We couldn't resist recruiting her! Maria's daily mission? He began working at the family business (Doctor Tile) during school breaks as a child and has been a full-time team member since 2014. His journey reflects dedication and adaptability, excelling in every role he's taken on. With natural organizational skills and boundless ambition, he aspires to own his own Doctor Tile branch one day. His daily motivation? Delivering 5-star quality in both product and service. TJ's heart is in tile restoration, and he takes immense pride in our exceptional team.
In his free time, he cherishes family moments, loves adventuring to new places with his girlfriend Maria, and passionately indulges in fishing (snook and peacock bass ignite a special spark in his eye).

Kevin has dedicated his time to the Doctor Tile family business since his teenage years, managing both school breaks and hard work. Since 2020, he's been fully committed to Doctor Tile, driven by his dream of owning his own branch someday. Kevin's an enthusiastic people-person; his infectious passion for tile restoration mirrors his radiant smile. Each completed project fills him with pride, and his boundless energy sets the team's daily tone.
Kevin's always ready to lend a hand, be it for friends, family, or anyone in need. He's an avid learner, constantly expanding his knowledge toolbox, and he has an incredible sense of humor that keeps everyone chuckling. Originally from small town Pennsylvania though she has lived in FL most of her life. She joined the Doctor Tile family in 2023, bringing boundless energy and a big dose of motivation. Sierra is a powerhouse, effortlessly balancing her duties alongside remote classes at Penn State. Before joining us, she worked as an EMT and chiropractic rehab tech, despite having no prior “paid” construction experience. Her passion for craftsmanship was instilled early on by her grandfather, who involved her in projects like car restoration and even building an outdoor pizza oven. Sierra is a perpetual learner and creator, known for her keen eye for perfection. Making her the perfect addition to the family!
Off the clock, she enjoys working on cars and spending time with loved ones, whether it's lounging by the pool or engaging in hands-on projects. To say that she has a “passion” for animals is an understatement, especially dogs- in Sierra’s world, there's always room for more furry friends!

Chris joined the Doctor Tile family in 2021 with a solid background in construction, he quickly adapted to the artistry of tile restoration. He consistently exceeds both company and customer expectations.
With interests as diverse as Florida's landscape, Chris carries a low-key charm with a playful twist. In his free time, he explores horticulture and fine tunes his handyman skills. Behind his quiet and reserved exterior lies an unexpected talent—an incredible sense of humor that keeps us entertained. Chris is ever ready to offer a helping hand and once worked his magic to fix a bunk bed, leaving a delighted customer in awe!

Rich's diverse background spans from building pool screen enclosures, roofing, and even transporting for the coroner's office – talk about a guy with a wide range of skills! In 2022, he joined the Doctor Tile family, lacking prior tile experience. Yet, he eagerly embraced the Doctor Tile teachings and values, quickly becoming an indispensable and diligent team member.
He is inspired daily by his adorable daughter. He's a proud girl dad, dedicated to giving her the best life. Beyond work, Rich can be found creating cherished memories with his daughter, hitting the gym and belting out tunes. He's all about keeping great company and positive vibes..

Proudly from Pittsburgh, Cory and his family made the leap to sunny Florida in 2015. In 2022, he became part of the Doctor Tile family, expanding his already impressive skill set. Before that, he explored various roles, from the mortgage industry to showcasing his culinary talents as a Sushi Chef, laminate installations and auto detailing, proving he's a true jack-of-all-trades. Cory is a perfectionist who accepts nothing less than 100% in everything he does.
Outside of work, Cory indulges in his passion for car, boat, and RV detailing, taking immense pride in the polished results. He's also a dirt track enthusiast, finding pure joy in the thrilling races on dusty circuits. And let's not forget his lifelong devotion to NASCAR – he attended his first race at just three months old. Furthermore, Cory's love for deep-sea fishing drives him to seize every opportunity to set sail and cast his line. Life with Cory is always exciting!

Born & raised in the heartland of Missouri, where he was raised on a farm – yes, you read that right, he's a real farm-raised gem! He thrives on embracing fresh challenges and soaking up new knowledge like a sponge. His past work experience ranges from trucking in agriculture to working as a gas station attendant. He joined the Doctor Tile family in 2020, starting with no construction background. But wow, has he grown and thrived since then! He is always cool as a cucumber. No matter what is happening he keeps his cool and uses his resources to solve any task presented. .
Outside of work, he has a passion for culinary endeavors, enjoys the thrill of bass fishing, finds relaxation in gaming, savors moments of skateboarding & hanging out with his friends. Plus, he's got an unexpected obsession with collecting stylish shoes, adding a touch of fashion flair to his life. Joey's an all-around surprise package, constantly delighting us with unexpected fun facts and hidden talents.

Born and raised in Brevard County, Florida, this Floridian has deep local ties. After spending six years in Broward County, he discovered his passion for all things tile-related. Returning to Brevard County, he joined the Doctor Tile family in 2023 and has been making a lasting impression ever since. With diverse skills in countertop installation, truss setting, carpentry, and high-end tile work, he's on track to become our next job foreman.
When not on the job, you'll find him creating cherished memories with his daughter. They share love for fishing (especially fly fishing), mini golf, theme parks, and collecting treasures, including arrowheads, stones, lures, and Legos. He brings a dose of fun and creativity to every aspect of life.

Ty is a hands-on problem solver who loves to see his hard work pay off. He's tackled everything from appliance repair to roofing and landscaping before officially joining the Doctor Tile crew. And when we say "officially," it's because he’s already family—literally! Ty is the brother-in-law to our very own Maria. At the start of 2024, Ty brought his diverse skill set and passion for learning to Doctor Tile, where he continues to crush new challenges and deliver jaw-dropping results. His drive to constantly improve and his love for a job well done make him the perfect fit for our team.
When Ty’s not busy creating tile & grout masterpieces, he’s all about spending quality time with his girlfriend, their adorable son, and his close-knit circle of family and friends. A true family man through and through, Ty’s dedication to his loved ones is just one more reason he’s a perfect addition to our family-owned business.

Born WAY up north in Traverse City, MI yet she considers herself a true Floridian, having moved to Port St. Lucie when she was just 4. Growing up around the family biz, Doctor Tile, she decided to jump in with both feet in early 2024. Her original game plan? A college degree in child development with a heavy focus on her passion for assisting children with autism. But a move to Cocoa, FL led her to join the family business. From the Treasure Coast to the Space Coast, Destiny’s superpower is her versatility—she seamlessly toggles between working on job sites to working in the office. Her love for the family business and passion for delivering top notch service and finished product always sets the stage for an amazing day. You never know what location or position she'll pop up next!
When she’s not at work, Destiny enjoys hanging out with friends and family, checking out local events, and traveling whenever she can. Her attention to detail, dedication, and infectious enthusiasm makes her a standout asset to the team, and we’re thrilled she decided to join the family biz!
